30-day money-back guarantee

EduvisionAnalytics offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on AlignIQ paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact our support team through the in-product support channel and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.

Cancellations and renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of EduvisionAnalytics and Paddle.
